Check-out

Normal check-out time is until 10:00.

Subject to availability, late departure is possible for an additional charge:

• € 50 until 14:00

• after 14.00 an additional night shall be charged

The Check-out can be done by simply leaving ALL the magnetic key cards inside the apartment and following the rules below.

1.  Report to the Reception Office any damage that may have occurred during your stay

2. Close all windows

3. Switch off all the lights and electrical appliances

5. Leave all the magnetic key cards on the table inside the apartment

6. Verify to take all of your belongings with you

7. Make sure you properly close the door behind you while leaving

 

Failure in respecting these simple house rules may result in extra charges. A sincere thank you for your attention.

 

Every magnetic key card must be returned at the check-out. If the reception is closed, you can simply leave the magnetic key cards on the table inside the apartment or drop them into The Central letterbox at the entrance of the building. If you fail to return them at the end of your stay, we are entitled to charge a fine of € 50 for each magnetic key card missing.

How to exit the parking

To exit the parking you don't need any key (the day of the departure all the keys must be left in the apartment).

From the parking you can call the elevator using the red rope.

To open the gates: you must stop the car on the "trace on the ground" indicated by the red rectangle in the following picture. The gates will automatically open.
