Loss of the magnetic key card:

If you should lose your magnetic key card, please contact the concierge. Any misuse will be fined with € 50.

 

Room cleaning:

For reservation of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning service is scheduled (date to be confirmed with the Reception), which includes a general cleaning of the apartment and a change of bed linen and towels. Extra cleaning services can be added directly from your on-line booking form, or by contacting the reception. Cleaning services on weekends and public holidays must be required 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
