KEY
IMPORTANT: In the event that any magnetic key card is lost or not returned at the end of the stay by the tenant or his/her visitors, The Central is entitled to charge a € 50 fine.
Keys can be created on the day of arrival from 15:00. In case you need an early check-in (before 15:00), please contact the Reception Office.
There are 2 ways to get the magnetic key card for your apartment:
- Virtual key on your smartphone (available using the self check-in or by asking at the Reception Office)
- Magnetic key card (available at the Self-check-in kiosk at the entrance near the elevator or by asking at the Reception Office)
Virtual key on your smartphone:

Download the “SALTO JustIN Mobile App” developed by Salto on your Smartphone, open it and fill in the information.
Important : in order to make the virtual key work, the Bluetooth and GPS of the smartphone must be activated - the use of protective cases or covers could prevent proper Bluetooth communication between the phone and the door lock.

Once the procedure to create your virtual key is finalized (self check-in or request at the Reception Office), you will receive a notification on your smartphone, and a new key will appear on the JustIN Mobile application screen.
If nothing appears, try to refresh the screen by swiping from top to bottom to update the app.
By clicking on the new key, a screen will appear with the symbol of a key in a green circle.
Click on the green key symbol and bring the phone close to the black reader of the door lock.

Magnetic key card:
The magnetic key card can be obtained at the Reception Office (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30)
Alternatively, it is possible to create your own magnetic key independently using the kiosk at the entrance (near the lift) and following the instructions indicated in the "How to check-in" email.
