The laundry room is open 24/7 and gives access to 5 washers and 5 dryers. The use of our laundry room is free for all our guests, but washing detergent is not included.

It is possible to buy detergent pods at the Reception Office (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30), € 2 for 1 tab.

Instructions for the usage of washing and dryer machines are available in the Laundry room.

Due to the heavy use of our laundry room, we kindly ask you to fill up the machines before activating the cycle, avoiding multiple small loads, to optimize the use of the machines, guarantee their availability for all guests and limit the environmental impact (use of water, energy and detergent). The machines are conceived to wash/dry loads for approximately 8 kg of laundry.

 

Please make sure to promptly empty the machines once the cycle is finished to allow availability for everyone. The duration of the cleaning and the drying cycles are indicated on the screen of the machine.
