GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE USAGE OF THE APARTMENTS AND OF THE COMMON AREAS
Parties and gatherings:
Parties and gatherings with external guests are not allowed (unless expressly authorized).
No smoking:
For the comfort of all our guests, we enforce a strict non-smoking policy in all of our apartments and public areas.
A smoking area can be found outside in the shared garden. To access the garden: go to the 2nd floor and exit the building using the emergency staircase, following the signs.
Fire alarm:
If you hear an alarm, please leave the apartment, go outside the building and contact the Reception Office. In the event of a real fire and when it’s not possible to stop it with a fire extinguisher, call immediately the fire department at number 112. Extinguishers are located in the corridor of each floor.
You can find detailed step by step instructions about what to do when there is a fire alarm, directly in your apartment, next to the entrance door.
Please note that the smoke detectors are very sensitive, therefore we kindly ask you to always have the windows opened and the bedroom door closed while cooking in order to prevent the fire alarm from triggering.
The guest who should cause a false fire alarm, or who should tamper with the smoke detectors, will be fined with minimum € 150 plus potential extra costs related to the intervention of outsourced specialized personnel (security, firefighters, etc.) or costs associated with the use of emergency equipment.
First-Aid kit:
The apartment is equipped with a First-Aid Kit. Click here to access detailed information.
Quiet time:

Use of terraces and garden:
For the well-being and comfort of all the guests of the residence and of the whole neighbourhood, please always control the voice level and pay close attention particularly from 23:00 to 8:00. The use of barbecue equipment (including electrical ones) is not permitted under any circumstances in any of the apartments or common areas of The Central.
Loss of the magnetic key card:
If you should lose your magnetic key card, please contact the concierge. Any misuse will be fined € 50.
Room cleaning:
For reservation of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning service is scheduled (date to be confirmed with the Reception Office), which includes a general cleaning of the apartment and a change of bed linen and towels. Extra cleaning services can be added directly from your on-line booking form, or by contacting the Reception Office. Cleaning services on weekends and public holidays must be required 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
The rental fee includes final cleanings; however, you are kindly requested to wash used glasses, pots, pans and cutleries with the dishwasher or the liquid soap and sponge provided, and to leave the apartment reasonably clean and orderly upon departure. We reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee between € 50 - € 100 in cases where apartments are extraordinarily dirty and require substantial cleaning.
